DELETION OF INTERPOL RED NOTICES

Deleted an INTERPOL Red Notice issued at the request of Venezuelan authorities in the case of a politically persecuted journalist and human rights advocate. Through this defence, we have denounced violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
Uzbekistan

Deleted a Red Notice issued at the request of the National Central Bureau of Uzbekistan for the alleged crime of larceny by embezzlement.
China

Deleted an INTERPOL Red Notice issued at the request of the National Central Bureau of China for the alleged opening and operation of a casino.
Hungary

Deleted an INTERPOL Red Notice arising from a request by Hungarian authorities based on allegations of money laundering, ultimately preventing serious human rights violations.
Venezuela

Deleted multiple Red Notices issued in the same case for the alleged offenses of hydrocarbon smuggling and money laundering at the request of Venezuelan authorities, thereby putting an end to human rights violations resulting from abuses of INTERPOL’s information system.
Mexico

Deleted an INTERPOL Red Notice based on allegations of financial crimes issued at the request of the National Central Bureau of Mexico.
DELETION OF OTHER INTERPOL NOTICES
United States of America

In addition to Red Notices, this firm has successfully secured the deletion of various other notices. The firm achieved the deletion of two separate Yellow Notices issued in different cases against minors at the request of the United States of America, alongside the elimination of a Blue and a Red Notice directed towards the respective parents for the alleged crime of international child abduction.
